Part Assembly and Completion

The key technologies of the company comprise die-cast part assembly and completion enabling us to deliver to our customers finished products ready for installation.

Products are assembled on fully automatic assembly lines the productivity of which enables us to manufacture in large batches up to millions of products. The short working cycle includes the die-cast part orientation and placing in a matrix, threading and pressing operations conducted by SCARA robots, wet or powder coating including drying or heat curing in a chamber furnace, and finally packing in PE bags or according to customer requirements.
