Processing of personal data

Consent to the Processing of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes and the Sending of Commercial Communications

in accordance with Article 4(11) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

By granting this consent as the data subject, you authorize TENZA cast, a.s., with its registered office at Svatopetrská 35/7, Komárov, 617 00 Brno, Company ID: 29370931, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section B, Insert 6710/KSBR (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), to send you commercial communications offering our products and services as well as other information about the Controller. These communications may be sent by any means, including electronic communication in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, as amended. If you provide your telephone number, we may also contact you via phone calls, which may be recorded. For this purpose, the Controller will process your personal data in the following scope: first name, last name, e-mail address, IP address, and possibly also your phone number.

Your personal data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 5 years or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. The data may be collected, transferred, stored, analyzed, evaluated, entered into a marketing database, and potentially structured or profiled.

Please be informed that, as a data subject, you have the right to:

  • withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the Controller’s registered office address,
  • request information from the Controller about which specific personal data concerning you are being processed,
  • request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data,
  • request access to your personal data and have them updated or corrected,
  • request the deletion of your personal data by the Controller,
  • in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to personal data processing, contact the Controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection at www.uoou.cz
